Are you ready to make a difference this summer? Our Camp Counselors are the heart and soul of the camp experience, creating unforgettable memories for our campers that they’ll cherish well beyond the holiday season. 

 

With a 2:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, specialized training, and dedicated counselor coaches, we’ll equip you to be the best counselor possible. Imagine high-fiving a camper who just caught their first fish, telling a little girl how beautiful she is, or listening to a camper share their life story. You’ll be the person who inspires them and shows them how much they are loved!

 

Counselor Job Details-

Age Requirements:

  - Head Counselors: 18+ years

  - Assistant Counselors:16+ years (18+ for teen weeks)

 

As a counselor, you’ll take on one of the most important roles at camp. You’ll help resolve conflicts, lead fun activities, and show love even when things get tough. But most importantly, you’ll have the chance to guide campers toward hope and faith in Jesus Christ, witnessing their transformation firsthand. 

 

This isn’t just babysitting — it’s mentoring and building relationships that can last a lifetime. You’ll be responsible for 2-3 campers almost 22 hours a day, working alongside a Head Counselor and other staff to create a supportive environment.

 

Head Counselors vs. Assistant Counselors:

- Head Counselors: Have final say in cabin matters and take on more responsibility.

- Assistant Counselors: Support Head Counselors and share in the camper experience.

 

Main Goal:

To love and lead campers as you follow Christ, creating a safe atmosphere for them to grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically. You'll share the gospel and encourage them in their relationships with God and each other, forging meaningful connections that can change lives.
